Dear participants,

We've reached the end of the first day of the Galaxy Training Academy event! We hope you enjoyed your first analyses using Galaxy and are excited about what's ahead.

Tomorrow, you will have the opportunity to choose which of our GTA Tracks you'd like to follow:

• Proteomics

• Assembly

• Transcriptomics

• Single Cell

• Microbiome

• Bacterial genomics

• BY-COVID

• Machine Learning

You will find the Slack channel for each of the Track links on their respective program pages. Please join us tomorrow morning in the Slack #social channel and participate in the icebreaker activity!

For the Introduction and each of the Tracks, you can earn a certificate. In the Slack FAQ section (at the top of the message window, under the channel name), you will find a link to request your certificate. Depending on the track, we require you to complete at least 2 or 3 tutorials to earn a certificate, so you don’t need to answer all the questions. 

We wish you an enjoyable experience exploring the different learning pathways offered by each Track. If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to reach out to us on Slack or via Email (academy@galaxyproject.org).
