WorkflowHub knowledge graph meeting
Volodymyr, Denys, Paul, Manchester-folks. Thanks for voting in the calendly for the meeting on building WorkflowHub knowledge graph. The meeting will be: When: Fri 2025-05-03 13:00 BST / 14:00 CEST Where: https://zoom.us/j/96948642698 What: https://docs.google.com/document/d/1N633jnCuS63Gh78L2Vtd-SBjCb29GPCmJZF01pYh... Apologies to Nick for the time - I thought we better start one week early, and then we catch up. I'll send a calendar invite as well to those that responded, but feel WP2 folks are free to join. In this meeting we'll try to split the work on how we can build a knowledge graph for WorkflowHub from its RO-Crate and associated resources, and ponder a bit about architectural choices, e.g. Neo4J vs Jena, workflow vs Python. EuroScienceGateway folks, welcome Alexander and Oliver who has just joined eScience Lab to work on RO-Crate. -- Stian Soiland-Reyes, The University of Manchester https://www.esciencelab.org.uk/ https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9842-9718 Please note that I may work flexibly - whilst it suits me to email now, I do not expect a response or action outside of your own working hours.

Oh my, I am trying to multitask as Carole is encouraging me to, but it does not work. Time for this meeting should be as in the minutes and calendar invite: Fri 2025-05-03 16:00 BST / 17:00 CEST Sorry for all the confusion! -- Stian Soiland-Reyes, The University of Manchester https://www.esciencelab.org.uk/ https://orcid.org/0000-0001-9842-9718 Please note that I may work flexibly - whilst it suits me to email now, I do not expect a response or action outside of your own working hours.
Practice, practice, practice Stian!! Carole Professor Carole Goble CBE FREng FBCS CITP Department of Computer Science The University of Manchester, Manchester, M13 9PL, UK Head of Node ELIXIR-UK PLEASE Do not send me a calendar invite and expect me to see it. (i) Invites only work 50% of the time (ii) if they do work they do not appear as email so I don't know they are there until it is too late. Want me at a meeting? Email me. Don't just silently sneak into a diary I do not use. -----Original Message----- From: Stian Soiland-Reyes <soiland-reyes@manchester.ac.uk> Sent: Monday, April 29, 2024 2:11 PM To: esg-wp2@lists.galaxyproject.org Cc: Stuart Owen <Stuart.Owen@manchester.ac.uk>; Oliver Woolland <oliver.woolland@manchester.ac.uk>; Alexander Hambley <alexander.hambley@manchester.ac.uk>; Navtej Juty <nick.juty@manchester.ac.uk> Subject: [Esg-wp2] Re: WorkflowHub knowledge graph meeting On Mon, 29 Apr 2024 14:05:45 +0100 Stian Soiland-Reyes <soiland-reyes@manchester.ac.uk> wrote:
