[Esg-wp3] WP3 June monthly meeting re-schedule.

Dear all, Next week many of us will be busy with the ELIXIR All Hands meeting and the EGI conference 2025. Therefore we need to postpone the meeting. Since we are in the very last months of the project we can’t simply skip it, so I would reschedule it in the 8-14 June week.
