Finally, let me just update for Task 3.5, we are updating the documentation for installing a “usegalaxy” server here: https://github.com/usegalaxy-it/documentation. It is still a work in progress.

Update for task 3.3 - Build an European-wide network of Pulsar sites

- sk: pulsar (0.15.2) sometimes got into bad state and stopped accepting jobs from Galaxy (issue #328). Updated to 0.15.3 which fixes the issue. A probe sending test jobs to pulsar_sk01 through usegalaxy.eu hourly (using planemo) was integrated with local nagios. Two other issues identified during probe testing: file upload not working with destination set (fixed promptly by Galaxy team, file upload jobs are now sent to the default destination) and python missing in singularity container (cat1 tool). Issue reported to Mira, the test probe modified to use different tool.

us, myself included, will be on summer break, I would propose to have a mail
update from all partners. I would update the minutes and of course send to all
of you a summary.

Otherwise we should postpone it to the second week of August.
