Hi all, 

Thank you for the responses and the information. Since most partners confirmed that the 2nd is suitable, the 31st will probably be a bridge holiday day for most, we have the WP2 monthly meeting on the 3rd and next week is the other event, I suggest that we keep the 2nd of November, 10 am CET and get back to the normal schedule from December. 
The partners who cannot attend the meeting on the 2nd are kindly asked to send some updates or concerns in advance and followed-up with afterwards. 
Would that be suitable for everyone?

We don't mind if you would like to keep the 1st of Nov, but we will probably not be able to participate then.
