Here is a first proposal to work together (thanks Frederik Coppens for the ideas!):
* Create working groups around tasks or activities. Use the following to document plans and progress. Here are template documents that can help us with this:
* Each working group can have dedicated on-demand meetings to plan activities.
* Monthly meetings to report progress and coordinate activities. Proposed slot is First Wednesday of the month, 10am to 11am CET
