We would like to follow up on the initial data locality discussion we had in the context of Galaxy. The main point would be to re-establish the ideas we have for data locality with the other tasks in WP4 and figure out how to put it all together (eg what should the format of the locality information be from the perspective of the meta-scheduler, ...)
