[Esg-wp5] continuous reporting sheet

Hi, everybody! During the last meeting we discussed the idea to introduce a continuous reporting for the WP5, that is to keep the file with the activities open throughout the project. Feel free to add all the activities, publications, conferences and all other relevant events at the time of their occurrence. This will avoid the stress of gathering old information at the last moment for the final report.
