This report, together with the financial statements, will be submitted to the European Commission by the end of October. Based on your contributions, feedback, and discussions, most sections were completed by August 2025. During the European Galaxy Days in Freiburg, we worked on the final refinements together. Since then, the Freiburg team has harmonized the formatting, citations, and structure according to the latest EC template requirements. We also completed the following new sections: * 1.3 Impact * 1.4 Updated Exploitation and Dissemination Plan * 2 Follow-up on previous review recommendations * 4 Open Science * 5 Deviations from Annex 1 (Description of Action) and Annex 2 (Estimated Budget) Please provide your feedback by *_29 October, 14:00 CET_*, using *_Suggestion mode_* in the shared document. To ensure consistency between the technical and financial parts, we kindly ask you to submit your financial reports in the EC portal a few days before the official deadline.
