commit/galaxy-central: jgoecks: Add Tile objects to trackster to support better tracking of Tile data properties; use SummaryTreeTile objects to ensure that feature track coverage histograms are drawn with the same max. Some refactoring of TiledTrack.draw() done as well for simplicity. Finally, fixed typos and GFF display bugs.
