It's my pleasure to invite you to the Galaxy & Proteomics online workshop hosted by ELIXIR CZ. The workshop is scheduled on Monday, 22nd March 2021, 13:00-16:00 CET. 

It is split in two parts. The first one is a general hands-on introduction to the Galaxy platform. We will run a couple of tools, create a dataset collection, and set up a basic workflow. 

In the second part our guest speaker Melanie Föll from the University of Freiburg will cover many proteomics tools that are available in Galaxy and how proteomics analyses benefit from the Galaxy ecosystem.
