Tomorrow one of the creators of RepeatExplorer Jiri Novak from the Biology Centre of the Czech Academy of Sciences is delivering a webinar on Galaxy Resources for Tool Developers. An interesting resource that has reached maturity recently is the COVID-19 Galaxy analysis pipeline developed by the joint effort of the Galaxy Community and led by the Galaxy EU group. The pipeline automates basic analysis of sequencing data from SARS-CoV-2 samples based on the COG-UK efforts and data. Check out the full news at

In ELIXIR CZ we have started to think about the topics for the next Galaxy workshop. Currently we are leaning towards genomics pipelines and applications followed by another workshop with machine learning topics.
