I'd like to invite you to a Galaxy workshop organized by ELIXIR CZ which is happening in 2 weeks on Thursday the 4th of November 2-4pm CET. 

Its focus is on Genome Annotation with RepeatExplorer2 presented by one of the RepeatExplorer's cretors, Dr. Petr Novák of UMBR CAS. 

There will also be a part on Large Data Handling with Galaxy which will cover ways to efficiently handle thousands of datasets through the Galaxy interface.
