I faced a problem in edgeR execution. My test environment is MacOS X, R version 3.3.2.

Error message:

Fatal error: Matched on Execution halted Error: package ‘limma’ was built for x86_64-apple-darwin14.5.0 Execution halted

Anyone has the sample problem?
