Hi all<br><br>I&#39;d be interested to hear comments/advice on how to best deploy Galaxy locally with the following requirements:<br><br>1) Need to keep it in sync with central source repository. Or are there &quot;stable releases&quot; I should be using? I&#39;m just updating from the svn tree.<br>
2) Need to add own tools, data formats, tests etc. I have currently created my own repository which mirrors the galaxy structure. I then link to these files from the Galaxy folders. Tedious.<br><br><br>Even just descriptions of your own setups (and problems) would help.<br>
