[galaxy-dev] ImportError: No module named NSISSoft.NSISBase

Dear all, I have a local installation of Galaxy. I need to create a new galaxy tool. My python program runs outside Galaxy. When I call it through Galaxy it does not find my custom libraries. * * *ImportError: No module named NSISSoft.NSISBase* * * *I understand it is a PYTHONPATH problem.
