[galaxy-dev] Creating a script via a script

Hi, I wanted to see if there is a way to automatically create a library folder within a data library via a script. Either a bash shell or perl program. Basically a way for us to automatically add a data set based a system path and have this ready for within galaxy. Thanks in advance. Victor
