This should now be resolved in -central.  If you update again, you'll get the changes and your instance should work fine.

Just setup Galaxy using cloudman on AWS.
I updated the version of Galaxy using the Admin Console (it shows revision 10066:d2d4b6ac2139).
I also did the additional tool installation described in the Galaxy log file by running the script:

FInally, I added the genomespace tools as described in:

From the cloudman admin console all systems appear as "Running" .
