[galaxy-dev] link to a file within the library information

Hi, Within the information specified by a library information template or a sequence request form, is it possible to make a link to a file? So that the pdf with the Bioanalyzer Results can be attached to the dataset or so the form sent with the sample to the sequencing center can be attached to the sequence request. Thanks, Natalie
