Hello,

I want to know, whether it is possible to embed graphical user interface like that of WEKA VisualizePanel tool in galaxy ? 

I am able to do it on a local instance of galaxy. But when i am trying to access the server (in which galaxy is installed) this GUI is not able to load on remote desktop.
