[galaxy-dev] Test ToolShed misfiling missing tool tests

Hello all, Currently the Test Tool Shed seems not to be flagging all tools with missing tests. For example, the following currently lack tests yet are not listed under "Latest revision: missing tool tests" but instead under "Latest revision: all tool tests pass": http://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/peterjc/ncbi_blast_plus/9fc8b8a639c9 http://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/peterjc/mira4_assembler/4c6e4d583b8f Viewing these repositories they are shown to have tools without tests. Note that some tools are correctly listed under "Latest revision: missing tool tests", e.g. http://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/peterjc/clc_assembly_cell http://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/peterjc/mira_assembler Regards, Peter
