[galaxy-dev] MySQL 2 Postgres

We are experiencing issues with workflows where jobs are running before the previous step is completed (especially with large workflows). I am wondering if the problem is MySQL. Does anyone know of a reliable script for converting a MySQL dump to PostgreSQL?
