It is included with the main distribution (tools/sr_mapping/ bwa_wrapper.xml). However, the loc file is not being copied as part of setup, you can do: cp tool-data/bwa_index.loc.sample tool-data/bwa_index.loc And it should load. On May 5, 2010, at 4:14 PM, Ryan Golhar wrote:
