[galaxy-dev] Data Libraries

Hi all - We are trying to use Galaxy as a mechanism for our sequencing lab to create data libraries for data they generate. I noticed in the docs, only Admins are able to create data libraries. Is there a way to change this? I'd like to give specific users in our group this ability without giving them admin rights. Ryan
