[galaxy-dev] problem with broken pipeline

Dear all: Would you please help me with figuring out this problem: I have added my own tool into Galaxy (a perl script). When I run the job, I always got this error message: -p destination: Broken pipe However, the result is still generated and I can download the file. Your help is very appreciated. Thanks
