[galaxy-dev] Questions about upgrading a toolshed instance

Hi everybody, In our lab, we have a Galaxy instance with runs also a toolshed. Recently, we have upgraded our Galaxy instance (August 11 2014, "latest_2014.08.11 ") to the version January 13 2015, "latest_2015.01.13" . My first question is to know if the upgrade of the Galaxy instance is sufficient to upgrade the toolshed instance? If no, is there a procedure to upgrade the toolshed instance separately (a script to upgrade the toolshed database or other toolshed config files for example)?
