[galaxy-dev] Local Galaxy Install - Multiple Input Files for Workflow Missing?

Howdy, On our local galaxy cluster, I have gotten a report that the multiple input files selection on workflows is missing. How do I enable it? Looking at the past mailing list[1] this is the item that is missing from our setup -- the tooltip icon. We are running a version of galaxy that is roughly ~one month old: c42567f43aa7.
