Hi Peter,<br><br>I think hmmerscan has been wrapped, but there is a missing &quot;e&quot; in the repository name.  Look for &quot;hmmscan&quot; in the toolshed.  The description for it is:<br><br><div style="margin-left:40px">

we are likely to look into doing this ourselves - starting with hmmerscan.<br>
