Hi All,<div><br></div><div>  I have local instance of galaxy . I want to make changes in such a way that  after log in, user should able to submit any job or run any tool. Log in should be compulsory to run any tool including upload tool. Whenever someone  clicks on tool without log in ,it should display message like &quot;You must be <a target="_top" href="http://192.168.62.51:8089/user/login?webapp=galaxy">logged in</a> to use Galaxy&quot; .</div>
