Hi, I need to create a new tool in c++, but I'm with a lot of difficult to link the cpp or exe (I don't know) with the xml document. Can you help me with an example that receives a txt file with a phrase and shows another txt file without the spaces of this phrase?
Your c++ binary should be in the same folder as your xml file and under tools. That should be enough. Also you can add you binary to your PATH and write a wrapper like: https://bitbucket.org/galaxy/galaxy-central/src/dbfc964167ae66025cf93059ac15... Under tools you will find many more useful examples. It's a good start to learn more about galaxy-tools. Bjoern
