[galaxy-dev] database_connection string format

Hello I am new to Galaxy. Trying to set up a server locally and back it up with mysql database. What is the right format for the database_connection string in the universe_wsgi.ini file? I understand that it should be something like this: mysql://user:password@host/dbname[?key=value..] Where the port number should go?
