i want to add such type of tool . should i modify my application for to interact with galaxy.by this xml galaxy interact with other application.

help me for adding such type of tool.

Take a look at the <request_param_translation> tag explanation in our tool config syntax wiki at http://wiki.g2.bx.psu.edu/Admin/Tools/Tool%20Config%20Syntax#A.3Crequest_param_translation.3E_tag_set

You probably want to base your tool config file on ~/tools/data-source/ucsc_tablebrowser.xml.
