Hi all, I know it doesn't make sense, but would it be possible to allow user creation even when there's exteral authentication (managed by a proxy)?

I mean, suppose there's a new user and I have to give him rights on a new library... I can't do it until the user had not logged at least once... I would like to instruct galaxy there will be an user USER@DOMAIN before he logs in.
