Dear all, I was able to execute the cleanup scripts in galaxy, using the -r option with them. According to what I've read, that option removes the datasets from the disk. But why didn't that happen? Also, since I have 'deleted and purged' the files, can I now remove them manually from the server? Cheers, CLedero
