Hi Stefan,

The data available on each Galaxy server depends on what data has been installed by the local sever admin team.

Who to contact depends on which galaxy instance you are hoping to do your science on.

Ideally you will be using a galaxy instance hosted at miami.edu  In which case you have to contact your local team.

Subject: [galaxy-dev] Xenopus genome

Dear Galaxy team,

First, thanks for your great work!

I want to use Bowtie2 to align ChIPseq data to the Xenopus laevis genome. However, It’s not listed. The tool said that if the desired genome is not in the list to contact the galaxy team, so here I am  J Could you add this?

Thanks!

Stefan
