[galaxy-dev] Database upgrade 108 and SQLite

Hi all, Is this likely to cause problems using Galaxy on SQLite (the default and very handy for a development machine)?: $ sh manage_db.sh upgrade 107 -> 108... Add the ExtendedMetadata and ExtendedMetadataIndex tables SQLite does not support ALTER TABLE ADD FOREIGN KEY; see http://www.sqlite.org/lang_altertable.html No handlers could be found for logger "0108_add_extended_metadata" done Thanks, Peter
