<div><br></div><div>I&#39;m puzzled by the following:<br><br>Edits to blastdb.loc are reflected when I reload NCBI BLAST+ blastn from Admin tools. This is great.</div><div><br>HOWEVER, edits to bowtie_indices.loc, bwa_index.loc, etc. are not reflected when their respective tools are reloaded.</div>
