[galaxy-dev] Improving "New Galaxy tool shed repository alert" emails

Hi all, I would find the "New Galaxy tool shed repository alert" more useful if the important details were at the start of the message, so this is shown in the 'peek' text of my email client (in this case, GoogleMail). Perhaps going further the new repository's name could be in the title? Thanks, Peter
