[galaxy-dev] Warning message display on the main galaxy website

Hi, On the main website there's a yellow warning message about the cooling hardware failure - it's very nice (not the failure, the message display). Is there a standard way to add those on a local instance (through the "admin" pages, perhaps) ? or did you just temporarily changed "base_panels.mako" ? Thanks, -gordon
