In some cases, yes. I build the tools automatically. The goal is to enable execution of workflows (non-galaxy) to run through galaxy. If these workflows have no inputs then I just want an execute button.

So in this case, when you click on the tool in the menu, you would want
to see a tool form with nothing but an execute button?
