[galaxy-dev] Where is the data and program

Dear all, I have done some exercises on galaxy, and i want to run these exercises on our own workflow system to make some comparison. How can i find the input data and program of the exercises in galaxy? Meanwhile, I am trying to learn galaxy, does anyone have some papers about the design and implementation of galaxy?
