[galaxy-dev] NGS toolbox does not appear

Dear all, I installed a local instance of Galaxy to analyze some exome sequences which can not be uploaded to the online Galaxy because they are of around 3GBs. When going through galaxy tutorials , I found there is a collection of tools called NGS toolbox which is not appearing in my local instance. NGS:QC and manipulation is available but with very limited number of tools , even without fastQC. I annexed pictures of both my available instance and the galaxy I saw via tutorial video.
