[galaxy-dev] mapping software doesn't start - Main

Dear All, I am trying to start mapping of my Illumina dataset using Bowtie and BWA on the Main server. The process goes to the queue but never starts. I have been waiting for more than 24 hours (26-27 June) and it is still queued. I tried exactly the same workflow on the Test server and it worked. Is it a temporary problem with the mapping software on the Main or a user-specific issue? Thank you in advance, Artem
