[galaxy-dev] About workflow creation

Hi all, I modified the velveth, velvetg and oases versions for Galaxy so as to include input for directory name (where the readable data can be stored). Now, when I extracted the workflow, I found that the directory path cannot be replaced. Is there a way that I could override this? Cheers, CL
