Hi Scott,

I am unable to reproduce this at http://usegalaxy.org.

As a first pass double check, was the Custom Build assigned as the database metadata attribute for the datasets you want to add? Click on the pencil icon to adjust as needed (your Custom builds will appear in your account's reference build/genome drop-down menu). This is required for Trackster to recognize/list out appropriate datasets in the Select datasets for new tracks pop-up window.

Thanks and let us know if that does not fix the problem,

Jen

Hi all,

If I try to build a new track browser from a custom build, I'm not able to see any of the datasets in my build after clicking add datasets and selecting my workflow from history. Am I doing something wrong, or is there a problem? I've been able to recreate this on both my local server and usegalaxy.org.

Thanks!
