I am running my own galaxy instance and I have been using the tool intersect (under the tab operate on genomic intervals) a few times successfully. However, recently I get following error message:

self.check_version_conflict()
I googled it and there was never a straight answer. Could anyon explain how to fix it or at least tell me what it means.
