Just catching up with the galaxy-dev mailing list, and found some remarks about
RPy not working with R 3.0.
If that’s bugging you, you may be interested in my patches for RPy-1.0.3a, which enable it to work with R 3.0.1 (and probably 3.0.0, but we’ve moved on from that here).
