Can the latest Galaxy use RPy2 to access R via Python? If not can I have both RPy and RPy2 installed on my Mac at the same time and Galaxy still do the right thing?

The Galaxy tools use Rpy, the older interface, and to use Rpy2 the code would need to be ported over. Happily, rpy and rpy2 live in two different namespaces in Python site-packages, so they can coexist without any issues. My local Galaxy runs on a machine with both installed without any problems. Brad
