Another little oddity, the three test results for mira_bait.xml are missing (although it correctly tells me mira_4_0_mapping and mira_4_0_de_novo have no tests): http://testtoolshed.g2.bx.psu.edu/view/peterjc/mira4_assembler/302d13490b23 Peter
