[galaxy-dev] Upgrade Python to a newer version.

Hi, Galaxy developers, My python version is 2.6.3 and I would like to upgrade it to 2.7.3. So is there anything that we need to on Galaxy after Python is upgraded to a new version? Thanks, Luobin
